Everyone has got dreams. Sometime those dreams are products of certain situations we might have found ourselves in. Martin Luther King Jr had a dream and it was because of the marginalization of the African citizens of America. To every good dream there is an opposition. These oppositions may be reasonable or unreasonable, they could come from friends, family or foe. It doesn't matter what that opposition is or the form it comes in, all that matters is that you follow that dream and achieve it. Learn to turn your oppositions to your advantage. They should fuel the engine to reach those dreams. By all means, never let your dream die!

Each adult was once a child but not every child may become an adult. This is one harsh reality of life. Everyone of us must have had different experiences while growing up, at least from when we started knowing ourselves. I had mine too. There were certain moments that I wouldn't forget in a hurry; some bad, some good, some embarrassing, some special, some painful and others funny. Jake always felt not up to it, he always thought he was below the standard. He hadn't the look, the swag, the luxury as some kids in his class and school. His family had no TV so he was always lost when his mates would  talk about Tom and Jerry. He only knew Tom his cousin and Jerry a church member. He knows that the people in his school do not know these personalities so he was usually confused on how they get to talk about them so much. He didn't like the fact that he was almost considered a geek, so he decided to blend in. He began living a fake life, claiming status he doesn't have so as to be friends to the 'reigning' guys. It was very difficult keeping up with the fake life. He had to lie to cover some noticeable 'flaws' like a torn uniform, being driven home for fees or not paying for the school's father Christmas event. Lies were giving birth to lies and he was fed up with everything. He couldn't  stop it because the shame would be unbeara...

TO YOU, It's been a while and I haven't heard back from you so I thought to write you a letter just to let you know how things have been. Exactly 22 yrs ago today, i received a sealed enveloped addressed to me from a post master 4 days to my 10th birthday. The joy I had on receiving an envelop from a post master knew no bounds; I suddenly became popular,  every child my age wanted to be like me. Do you know what I did after I got the letter? I took it round where I lived,  showing it off to other kids my age with a smile across my face that could be used as a bridge from here to where you are. One day is all that is needed for a seed to bud. One day is all that is needed for a flower to bloom. One day is all that is needed for the sky to change. One day is all that is needed for a person's story to change. One day is all that is needed for a baby to be born. One day is all that is needed for life to return back to its giver. Sometimes we procrastinate, push things forward and hope the consequences do not come at us but life and the force that brings life do not push things forward.
