THE GROWING YEARS: INFATUATION 2

Every passing day saw a new dimension of Jake's attraction to Mary. Things soon became worse as they were placed on the same seat by their PHE teacher. Jake's wishes were finally coming to pass. He wanted Mary to be his and sitting together was a good start. Silly little boy!

He wanted to have her by his side at all time and he needed to know if the future held anything for them. "What do you want to become in the future?" he asked Mary one day in class. "A banker", she replied. A tornado began to rise within Jake on hearing that. He wanted to be a doctor and by virtue of their individual ambition and the arrangement of the Nigerian educational system, they will be separated.

His imaginary, beautifully created world where Mary was the mother of his kids was almost crashing. He must think of something, and that thought had to come fast!
