It was love at a glance when James was enraptured by the sonority of Mirabel's voice. He had been an avid lover of Country classics as performed by Dolly Patton, Kenny Rogers. He never knew what will hit him on a cloudy June 14th. He had constantly emphasised unequivocally the fact that he does not believe in the myth called 'love'. He would retort whenever his closest pal Ben would admonish him to give love a chance. " I don't believe in the facade called 'love' ". To make matters more complicating, he could not decipher what made tears to drip on his cheeks: is it the lyrics? he could not say. Is it the person singing? He could not say.
