SOMETHING SINISTER 7

When your fears com alive... 

Jane got back from her parents' to find that all the stick notes were gone. The house looked in order so she wasn't bothered. She went to the refrigerator to find everything intact as if Mark didn't eat at all. He wasn't home so she couldn't tell whether he had been eating. She found it really strange that everything was in place because the husband she married was not the type to put things back in their place. When she called him on his cell phone, he told her that he had been staying with a friend since the day after she travelled but that he'd be home. She didn't know what to do with what she heard. Somewhere in her mind,  she had wished that he would have taken care of whatever was plaguing them while she was away but it now meant that she was back to IT!!!
She slumped on the chair in the living room and while she wondered on her fate she didn't know when she dozed off.
In her dreamy state she saw something. It was crawling on the floor in front of her; she tried hard to look at it but her vision was blurred. She wanted to scream at it but it felt like there was indeed a frog in her throat. She watched hazily until it went past her and into her travel bag. She tried to move but it seemed all the forces on earth weighed her down. It was the knock on the door that jolted her to reality.
