OLANMA: KINGDOMS AT PEACE
"What? And you didn't bundle the princess and bring her back?!" exclaimed Agu after he heard the warriors' story.
"My king, do not trouble yourself. The gods had said the princess will return safely and they can't lie, not against their own." Ikuku assured.
"So your majesty, we must plan a journey to Obanga land as soon as possible" Arinze suggested.
The king, few chiefs, his guards and warriors set out for Obanga. They arrived after three days of journeying. Olanma was so thrilled to see her father and people. The King and his chiefs were led into the court where they had a long talk with King Zunne and his chiefs.
Finally, it was time to go. Olanma had mixed feelings. She wanted to go back home but she had made a home in Obanga in those few weeks. She bade her new friends goodbye and entered her carriage.
About two months later, Ekimze received royal visitors from Obanga. The entourage was led by King Zunne himself. He had come with his son Zuntu to seek Olanma's hand in marriage. The two villages had become allies and marriage was just the appropriate way to cement the bond.
They were married in few weeks and Olanma moved to her new home in Obanga. The village of Obanga were no more alienated from all tribes, they soon started trading with other people and built a good relationship with neighboring villages.
THE END!!!
